CACS doesnt run the network.  I think several of their services are
down.  I had to add eatel's dns servers to /etc/resolv.conf, and  I cant
ssh in or check my mail.  The website also seems down.

I know we usually get hit really hard by the latest ms worm or bug.

I think what it is now is mostly dns is down.  I never know whats going
on with ul's resnet.  

I still need a decent proxy for irc.
