You just don't find authentic Mexican restaurants around, no matter what they claim. The closest I've found is La Serranita on Florida across from the tech park. The food is really good there, and they've got a little store where they sell items imported from Mexico like spices and drinks. They sell Mexican Coca-Cola there, which is made from Cane Sugar--a much better flavor than corn syrup.
