We have an "Oh RATS!" delay on ours but I'd agree that a smart send 
later function would be very nice.  We're stuck with Outlook via POP as 
the primary mail interface at work but I use Thunderbird via IMAP at 
home and a webmail interface to the mail server on the road.  I like 
Thunderbird very much but we need the Outlook contact manager.
