Have a computer with Asus A7M266 motherboard
which is dying. Recently cleaned it up, upgraded
OS from Win Me to Win 98SE, etc. but one IDE
port is dead and now the floppy one is failing.

CPU is AMD Athlon running at 1.2 GHz. Has a
single stick of 128Mb DDR memory.

Would like to replace motherboard, keep the CPU
and memory, add another stick of memory. On
board sound is fine, probably better than my ear,
and I don't mind running down a video card with
TV out to practice presentations on TV set.

Any economical suggestions?
