Right. My mom had Cox cable internet installed yesterday to replace her BellSouth DSL. The installer hooked up the cable modem and left, not touching any of the PCs, thankfully. When he left, she called me and I walked her through logging into her Linksys router and changing the configuration from PPPoE to straight DHCP and she was immediately up and running.
