But business class costs what 40-50% more?  To me that's not reasonable.

I agree. That's exactly why the AUP is so broad..

I don't doubt that, but BS "supervisors" are a dime a dozen.  Bellsouth is 
like Innitech, everyone has 8 bosses and their only motivation is not to 
piss off any bosses.  You just needed to speak to one of the bosses. :)
