Hmm. I went to support.cox.net search for "port block" and found a page
called "Information: Ports blocked or restricted by Cox High Speed
Internet" .  Interestingly enough, the list of blocked ports is
_exactly_ the same as Eatel's

(I'd have provided a direct link but it's not easy to do they way cox's
support site is designed)
