I have several clients hosted there and have done quite a bit of work with
NTG. Let me advise you on the features of NTG and see if you want to try to
compete.

Strong physical security (bulletproof glass speced to stop 7.62 MM bullets,
man traps, biometric handprint scanners, 12' high concrete walls around the
rear entrance that can stop an 18-wheeler)..

4 independent 10 mbps+ fiber paths into the facility

24-7 security and monitoring personnel ...

They charge 35/U of rack space and 129 per month for 128Kbps of burstable
bandwidth which is calculated on a 95th percentile method.
