Haha. I laughed at the floppy comment. :-) Well, I've always heard that, "REAL men don't HAVE *floppy drives*" and in today's computing that's true. The business programs I use to make and store spreadsheet information are so large that putting the data on a 1.2 meg 'floppy' is impossible. After suffering a 'worm' in the WIN 2K Pro side of my box, just before last Christmas, I learned my lesson and now use Crossover Office to access WIN Excel to now do the spreadsheets and save them as Linux files. I have a 40 gig(C) and an 80 gig (D & Xandros partition). I re-installed WIN 2K Pro and Xandros, but mostly now am using Xandros to do everything as I become more familiar with it. Eventually, I will buy another computer and use Xandros on the larger hard drives exclusively. This Athelon 1.2 will be converted into a database machine for my ham stuff and won't be on the I-net at all Respectfully submitted, 73, "Buck"/K5-MKE -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
