IMHO....
Since your music taste is very broad and worry about legalities, I would 
not even bother collecting the music except some specialties you may 
like. I'd stick solely to streaming stations.....   A good starting 
point I could remember off of my head is http://shoutcast.com/ it's all 
FREE!
