Yeah, I agree. Say, I happend to LIKE Caldera linux before SCO took over and screwed it up. Caldera 2.0 WORKED on my old 486DX33! A pox on SCO and all their CEO! May he get 'Rick-uhh-shick-uhh-lite-us" and his "Shrilly-cork" fall off! (Up to your OWN dirty mind's interpretation) LOL!
I have a friend, here in S'port that 'retired' from Western Electric and was hired by Microsoft to be some Area Manager. I know for a fact David used to talk to "Bill" by 'phone and go up to Redmond on a regular basis. David had since "retired" from Microsoft, but still does 'consulting work' for them and other goverment and other companies (GM, FORD, etc). He has mentioned that M$ HAS a 'version' of LINUX and is just waiting for the time to deploy it. I've known David some 30 years and he's never BS'ed me, ever. I just can't get him to 'sneak' me a copy of XP Pro or WIN 2K Pro. My bought and paid for CD's no longer work to 'reload' either sys. Oh well, all the MORE reason to learn Fedora 6. ;-) > > From: Dustin Puryear <dustin at puryear-it.com> > Date: 2007/05/22 Tue AM 10:09:30 EDT > To: general at brlug.net, nolug at nolug.org > Subject: [brlug-general] OpenOffice virus.. > > Anyone heard about the virus for OpenOffice? > > http://www.techevangelism.com/2007/05/22/openoffice-has-arrived/ > > Oh, and by the way, looks like Microsoft won't be suing Linux any time > soon.
