The plugin installs easily from an .msi file and then allows full syncing and sharing with Calendars and Contacts. Task support and shared folders are coming in the next major release which is expected in the next few weeks.
Another neat thing is the Zimbra Desktop app, which is a locally-cached copy of their web interface that will run with no internet connectivity. It's still in alpha, but is a nice alternative to Outlook for laptop users or Linux users who want to be able to do their email offline. I believe there's also an Evolution plugin.
