Long story short... after almost 4 weeks, I only have holes in my siding to show for it... Now, if DirectTV would just pick up my locals in HD I could dump our COX cable package. I'm in the same boat. I gave up on MythTV/SageTV/BeyondTV/etc. Maybe i'm getting old. Tinkering with the hardware/software is fun, and you learn a lot. But at the end of the day, I just want to watch TV. The Tivo hardware is cheap, the software works, and the $10/month is worth it to me. ray -- =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ray DeJean HYPERLINK "http://www.r-a-y.org" \nhttp://www.r-a-y.org Systems Engineer Southeastern Louisiana University IBM Certified Specialist AIX Administration, AIX Support =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= _______________________________________________ General mailing list HYPERLINK "mailto:General at brlug.net"General at brlug.net HYPERLINK "http://mail.brlug.net/mailman/listinfo/general_brlug.net" \nhttp://mail.brlug.net/mailman/listinfo/general_brlug.net No virus found in this incoming message.
