Are you breaking Cox's TOS by hosting web sites from your home cable
connection, on nonstandard port 1024?

I don't need to read an article on dslreports.com to know that Cox isn't
throttling torrents to 40KB/sec.  I downloaded Xubuntu 7.10 the other day at
around 700KB/sec.  That's why I can tell you that you are wrong without
reading supplied links.
