Woo-hoo!!! Our street is included in Phase I of the final plan, the utility
flags and paint are all over our neighborhood right now...  Only thing that
kind of sucks is, we have above ground utility lines on two sides of our
property so it looks like we might have some heavy equipment in our yard
when they start stringing it - guess that’s a small price to pay.
