Hi Mariano, You may need to upgrade in multiple steps. Download the installer of latest release of 4.1, it will tell you whether you can upgrade or not. If not, download latest of 3.2 first, run it, hit the admin portal at least once, uninstall it once it is done anything it may wish to do, and retry the installer of 4.1. You might need to upgrade to 4.0 in between as well, but otherwise it should be no big deal.
