Just to close the loop, this is a bug. (It's bug 17018 if you want to
include it in a support request.)
I have a patch ready to commit when I return from MarkLogic World, so
this should be resolved in the next service release. (Jakob, if you
need something quicker, I'm not sure what the process is, so I suggest
you contact support and we'll figure it out.)
The bug, btw, is that package comparison fails to handle the case
where there are multiple lexicons in a field word lexicon.
