Hi, I'm using MarkLogic 5.0-3 Express on a Windows XP SP3 host, french language, and when I try to open the configuration manager or dashboard I get the following error:

I can access the xquery console and admin webapp, but all apps bound to port
8002 such as http://localhost:8002/nav/ trigger the above error.
I searched this list's archives and my guess is that there must be some kind of
character encoding mismatch somewhere but I don't know where.
(the default character encoding for the JVM on a French Windows system is
CP1252).
Any clue is very welcome.
