Hi Mohanraj,
I'm not sure what you're experiencing, but what you have below should
work just fine. If you're hoping to trigger a download rather than
viewing the PDF contents, that has more to do with browser settings and
HTTP than MarkLogic.
If you look at that http server documentation, you'll find that you can
set the return content type -- that might trigger your client to
recognize the PDF properly.
