We are using XDBC (XCC)Server to connect the ML. 

I have to download the Actual PDF through Java call with xquery. 

Can you give the Sample Xquery to download the PDF stored in ML.

I use a construct like this to store an XML doc as a binary. It might give you 
some clues:

binary
{xs:hexBinary(xs:base64Binary(xdmp:base64-encode(xdmp:quote($output))))}

N.B. Anything stored as a binary is not indexed.
