Dell - Internal Use - Confidential Hi Team, I am new to MarkLogic. I am referring the guide available in developer.marklogic.com for installing hadoop connector.
But I am getting confusion because of the following reasons. 1.I have a cloudera hadoop (CDH 4.4) setup in a linux (CentOS 5.7 X86-64) environment. 2.I have marklogic server version 5.0 for 32 bit Windows 7. I am confused because Hadoop is installed on a remote host. So for pulling files from hdfs in marklogic I am trying to use connector for hadoop. Now where do I need to install connector? In hadoop server or marklogic server? And how can I pull files from hdfs (remote linux server) to the marklogic?
