I do not know exactly what you mean because your fragment has an unbalanced
parenthesis.

According to the dictionary and the interpreter (via b.0) the verb
(  0:`1:@.(0 ~:"0 ]) ) has ranks _ _ _ ( _ and _ _) .  A workaround (for
the alleged agenda bug) apparently is to apply the verb with rank _ anyway;
that is,
 0:`1:@.(0 ~:"0 ])"_.  So,  the  entire verb becomes: (lr ; 0:`1:@.(0 ~:"0
])"_"0)  every

This increases Henry's suspicion that the bug is related to the agenda.
