And yes, both this iPad, and “Mailwasher” on the laptop show it as to me. 
Clicking on my moniker in the iPad mail system reveals “to (me)”,  “other - 
general@j...”

Mailwasher’s email info tab shows (abbreviations & truncations are mine):
