I must confess that I do not understand this sentence.

Specifically: as a general rule, adverbs and conjunctions are designed
to "add verbs for various domains". This is a core feature of J, and I
imagine that the explicit conjunction makes this explicit.

Put differently: I think of d. as offering significantly constrained
derivation functionality -- far more constrained than what : offers.

That said, also, there's a reason that d. is a differentiation
mechanism and limits itself to using 0 as the constant of integration
when going the other way. And that is to avoid the infinite complexity
issues which I think you are alluding to and to focus on some common
use cases.

And, that said, I do also see a use for more extensive library support
for other use cases.
