Not sure that matters. The build log (HTML page) is only updated every 5, so
it needs to be in that ballpark.

This *bug* is when a packaged project is reference but not in module, i.e.
not known. I'll enter a JIRA entry, it has happened a bit recently and needs
fixing.
BTW: We used to get this log e-mailed to us in case of failure, I'll check
why that isn't occurring either.
