Hivemall was at that time my solo research project at AIST. I took a permission to change the license to ALv2 from AIST then. I did some paper works and I'm still holding it. Unfortunately, it's written in Japanese. They also agreed to move Hivemall to Apache Incubator. I'm considering to take Software Grant Agreement sign from them in the incubation process. Does it wipe out your concerns?
