+1 (binding) Please find the ASF header in md files for the next release.
I checked: - incubating is the name/version - checksum and signature are good - DISCLAIMER is present in the source distribution - LICENSE (including reference to licenses/* files) and NOTICE are good - A lot of files don't contain the ASF header (md files).
