Hi everyone,

Thank you everyone who took care of our longer incubation process.
Personally, I learned a lot. Thank you all for this experience. We had
our struggles, but with the help especially from Chris and JB, we
managed it. The codebase is much cleaner, the community diverse, and
the conversations and consensus across the committers healthy and
respectful.

As a side note - I know for transparency a mailing list is necessary.
But I heard from all - without any exception - that Slack is by far
preferred. The problem is, as said, the public accessibility. Albeit
that could be managed when we, as we plan, add the Slack link to our
project page.

From my personal point of view, I can’t add so much to improve the
incubation; it worked flawlessly, we grew, and could always count on
Chris and JB. Keep it up, open source is of utmost importance.
Especially now and in the future. We need more privacy. Only code will
change the world.

Thank you all!
