Hi!

This is the second e-mail, previous discussion -
https://lists.apache.org/thread/s61g0t17jyvvgfco6pvdoc6d3oq3zn1r

In the previous thread, we discussed the issue of whether IP clearance
applies to podling projects. And concluded that it does. However, the
involvement of mentors is required. We discussed it with Willem. He
suggests we can start a VOTE on the IP Clearance thread once again.

With this email, I am re‑requesting a vote. Also, our mentors are included in
the carbon copy of this email.

Apache Cloudberry (Incubating) is receiving a donation of "yagpcc", a
diagnostic and monitoring tool for Cloudberry clusters.. See also [1] for
the IP Clearance report. [2] for community voting results Signed SGA also
was confirmed to be received by Assistant Secretary, Apache Software
Foundation. Please vote to approve this contribution. This is a lazy
consensus majority vote, per the IP clearance process [3], open for at
least 72 hours. Thanks, Leonid [1]
