Now P' is the same number of step. And cvs is faster. And the mail is
reduced. And the out of synch problem that you claim doesn't occur, simply
can't occur.

were rare in java.apache.org?

And IIRC, Alexandria was pretty badly of synch when I started Gump. And
whether you believe it or not, no matter how many times Craig and I placed
warnings out there, people were always editing the generated html for the
Jakarta site.
