Are there any known issues with unsubscribing people? I keep getting people who insist they have one one email account, and ezmlm insists that the account isn't subscribed. I try doing it myself as the moderator, and it says the same thing. I'm now trying to subscribe and unsubscribe the account, which seems to work sometimes, before kicking it up to apmail. Seems to happen most often with country code accounts, like es.
