There was already a versioning page, so I made this packageversioning
instead.

It's not linked into the rest of the site yet, except for the Guides
outline, which is also in draft form

(at the Release Manager's Guide). But it is now under CVS for discussion
purposes. 

The best thing is to submit XML, like the other source pages for
Jakarta-site2, and run the build to be sure it renders
