Yeah +1, create it and we can create an "IANAL mail" storm ;-) We can create an FAQ based upon our own misunderstanding, because at least it will get the misunderstanding out in the open and allow it to be reviewed and corrected by those who know about such things.
Would it be possible to have legal-faq commit mails sent to legal-discuss? It might help encourage the right people to review it. d.
