Proposed: JavaMail subproject of James.
Purpose: Provide a home for development of JavaMail service providers and
related code.
Initial contents:

storage providers from James
jdavmail (if Luc continues to be agreeable)
Other providers as are willing. We would invite all JavaMail service
providers to contribute their code and join the JavaMail sub-project,
including Nic and Chris.
License would have to be ASF, but they could also contribute their code to
GNU Classpathx under GPL, so long as it was also ASF with us.
