You didn't tell if and where you are using JAMES Server ;-) If you are sending mail to a JAMES Server (using Outlook as the client) and JAMES is the relaying server to Hotmail/Verizone then maybe the problem is that your JAMES Server is on a dynamic IP pool or that you have misconfigured the HELO name for JAMES. The HELO name should be the same of the reverse lookup of the IP from which JAMES connect the other servers. If you miss this steps then you may be cought by antispam filters. Furthermore, if you tell us what's written after "550" it may help. Stefano
