What's "rich text format"? is that the hotmail thing when you compose emails?
well that's probably an ActiveX control which of course FireFox doesn't 
support, one of the reasons that makes FireFox a better browser ;-). 
Sure ActiveX does neat things but it's one big security hole in IE, since it 
allows total control of a web control on your pc! (like changing your home page 
to pr0n sites)
