I have a Marvell Gigabit Ethernet on a winfast motherboard, I used the
sk98lin driver (install-8_28) and the script worked just fine (on suse
10), maybe you should try a different version of the driver or you
could try the following steps

ln -s /lib/modules/"VERSION OF YOUR KERNEL"/build /usr/src/linux
Replace "VERSION OF YOUR KERNEL" with the output of the command uname -r
the run the installer
