If you are making software for yourself and make sure you are lazy so that
you are not typing more than you need eventually you can give it to others
and it works there too

Too many people just produce something for others and it never gets even to
stage 1.

If you think of yourself as the customer and do not lets others have it
until it has reached stage 3.5  a long time ago then you are a real J
programmer
