See the Dictionary entry for ?

The equivalent to QuadRL is explained there, along with much more.

How do you display and set the J equivalent of []RL Random Link?
These types of variables were called Shared Variables--does J have an
equivalent?

6?100
46 99 23 62 42 44
    6?100
60 71 92 33 58 43
    ?1000
713
    ?1000
318

In these cases the RL changes with each call and the changes to the
seed number are to simulate random varition tho of course since there
is n algorithm behind it it is not truely random

I can't remember what I entered but I think I was invoking a phrase
from one of the exercises that was meant to be sorting a list in
random order but successive executions did not reset the seed--I kept
getting the list in the same order.

What is happening here?

?i.6
0.00766673 0 0 1 2 1
    ?i.6
0.872465 0 0 2 1 3
    i.6
0 1 2 3 4 5
    ?i.6
0.358077 0 1 2 0 2
