Just to clarify: do you need a verb that will
return a contents of a URL, such that

   wget 'http://www.jsoftware.com/svn/library/trunk/system/main/trig.ijs'
NB. trigonometric functions

NB.*sin v sin
NB.*cos v cos
NB.*tan v tan
NB.*sinh v sinh
...
   script wget 'http://www.jsoftware.com/svn/library/trunk/system/main/trig.ijs'
   sin
1&o.

I think I can across something like that, maybe a socket lab,
but I need to look it up.
