interfaces to J where a system integrator will just point and click to add

I find Excel makes a wonderful, pain-free UI for J.  Years ago, I used it 
as the block trading GUI for my OMS. 

Users are already familiar with it, and it does all the visual importing, 
management, and display, and all you need to do is add a button to a 
worksheet that says, in effect, "pass this array to J". 

Then your J code need only deal with the calculation part.  All the UI 
headaches are passed on to Microsoft's well-funded interface design team.
