Well, I got started last time because of this cross-post from the Google Group Programming-J which leaked into comp.lang.python: http://groups.google.com/group/comp.lang.python/browse_thread/thread/bb5fe19cfaf48364/4caf891c8345455f?q=jsoftware&lnk=ol&hl=en&; I guess I did not see as much immediate utility or obvious ease-of-use as Python, so I went back to Python.
