Yes I understand that the "open" in Windows is really just a label for
some action and is easily changed to some other name. It was the
functionality that I was most interested in - i.e. I'm in Explorer and
can see a .ijs file - how do I get it to open in J without loading it.
Changing the action labels, to give a more accurate description of what
the action is going to do, is just an added bonus!

As Oleg suggested, I've started a Guide page on the wiki to document how
to do this.
