right now, I am going back through "Learning J" - from chapter 1
forwards and I am not going to misunderstand a word said.

Learning J is tutorial material, not reference material.

The dictionary is reference material.  In other words, links from
  http://www.jsoftware.com/help/dictionary/dict.htm
which have "dictionary" in their url.
