I agree with Oleg. Most forum members do not use IME (input method editor), but 
IME is essential for non-European Language. And Esc is normally used for 
reseting the composite string. If Esc is accidentally pressed twice it will 
close the window form.  I guess most applications developed for these users will 
ignore Esc and reserve it for IME.
