> 5. Press connect

In retrospect, I should've posted this when I had time to greet anyone who
tried it (I don't right now). I just logged in to #jsoftware myself and there
was no one there (just some bots and other users who were /away).

But I still encourage everyone to try it and convince themselves of how easy it
is, and play with Ambrus' J evaluation bot a bit. He's put a lot of effort and
neat features into it. By the way, typing jeval: is only one way to address
the bot, you can also use the shortcut ) .

For example, try typing these things. The ) should be the first thing on the
line you type.

    ) 'hello world!'
    ) 3+4 5 6
    ) 101 116 99 46{a.

You can read more about the J bots and what they can do on the Wiki:
http://www.jsoftware.com/jwiki/Community/IRC#head-ef0ec84a76a0948e4c5c20b441632cad0d07da5c
  .

Try it out. Even though I can't be there right now, maybe you'll meet others
who read my previous message and logged in. And, if you try again during the
(American, Eastern Time) working day, you're sure to find me and others.

Enjoy!
