I got my copy today. 

I agree, it is way better to read a hard copy than an online one. 

Heheheh. If you turn over the book ... you can see a picture of Henry
Rich smiling with a two sentence blurb.

Oh. I like it that they use a yellowish paper ... it's easier on the
eyes as compared to white paper.
