(btw. This is a re-write, I initially answered your email in my local
language and luckily I realized it before pressing the send button)

I did try the infinite loop and there's no affect to the user
experience. Although the task manager is saying the system is 53% busy
and around 90% of CPU0 is used. But windows was functioning normally.

What if you just run an infinite loop?

one core should get full load.
