Did I? I forgot. Anway you can dump all records inside an excel file.
The tara package and the lab provide example how to do it. To recover
the image, you should reverse engineering the insertimage routine
inside tara.
If you are short of time, you can import an excel file using oocalc
and the export it to ods format which is a zipfile of xml and images.
