Thanks for the assistance, all. At some point I may configure things
like Joey described, but for now I am using the standard installation,
having copied the j602 folder to my login home folder.

Still having some difficulties, however. I want to try using Opera for
J help information. I brought up the Configure window and, for Web
Browser, browsed to Opera in the Applications folder. After that,
attempts to use Help failed, flagging that path as an invalid command.
Do I need to put command characters before the path to make it work?

I also found that Help control characters indicated did not actually
work, i.e. F1 and command-F1.

This morning I used the Set Defaults button in the Configure window.
After doing so, I no longer can bring the Configure window back up.
The error dialog I get says "error in: jijs_editconfigure_button
domain error: jpath fld-.SYSTEMFOLDERS ,USERFOLDERS"

In addition to my need to correct this problem, to get shortcut keys
to work, and to get access to the help data in Opera, I would be
interested in learning whether specific things I did broke something.
